mediation costs
The costs for the mediation result from various services, depending on the package selected.
- Agency fee applies to all packages in the amount of 390 EUR
basic package
- Administrative support when applying for funding from the support fund under the Federal Nursing Care Act or with any transfer notifications
- Review/monitoring of care services and quality assurance
- Ongoing advice and assistance with questions about the implementation and processing of the care
- Organization of a representation in case of prevention and support in resolving conflicts between the caregiver to be mediated and the person to be cared for or their relatives
- Costs for this package are 190 EUR.
All-inclusive package
- Assistance with the relocation of the caregiver
- Administrative support when applying for funding from the support fund under the Federal Nursing Care Act or with any transfer notifications
- Review/monitoring of care services and quality assurance
- Ongoing advice and assistance with questions about the implementation and processing of the care
- Organization of a representation in case of prevention and support in resolving conflicts between the caregiver to be mediated and the person to be cared for or their relatives
- Monthly visit by a qualified nurse
- Support with the application for care allowance or with changing the care level by trained qualified nurses
- The cost for this comprehensive package is 290 EUR.

The placement fee covers the placement of a suitable caregiver, advice on the basics of the care contract, initial assessment and documentation of the care and nursing needs of the person requiring care on site,​ Documentation and review of the spatial conditions and creation of a requirement profile for the care services or the care company.

The amount of care allowance depends on the need for care . There are seven stages. A care requirement of more than 65 hours per month is required. The number of hours of monthly care required is calculated within the framework of a Assessment by a doctor or nurse fixed. In addition, there is a subsidy from the Ministry of Social Affairs for the employment of two self-employed make caregivers in the amount of EUR 550 per month.

caregiver costs
​The costs for your personal caregiver depend on the following factors :
- Number of persons to be cared for or cared for in the household
- the level of care
- Care effort - this includes the type and scope of the activities to be performed as well as the clinical picture
- Qualification level , professional experience and language skills of the desired caregiver
- Subsidy entitlements (depending on net income, level of care and dependents)

The daily rate starts at EUR 60 including the SVA contributions for the caregivers, but excluding the travel costs, which are settled after the invoice for the transport has been submitted. In order to create a transparent basis for you, we have listed the surcharges that can increase the daily rate. Furthermore, the daily rate changes if the demands on the 24-hour caregiver increase, for example a desire for certain professional experience or a certain language level.
