What does our offer include?

The placement fee covers the placement of a suitable carer, advice on the basics of the care contract, initial assessment and documentation of the care and nursing needs of the person to be cared for on site, documentation and review of the spatial conditions and creation of a requirements profile of the care services or the care company.

Our Basic plan.

180 EUR per month

  • Administrative support when applying for funding from the support fund under the Federal Nursing Care Act or in the event of any change of status notifications

  • Review/monitoring of care services and quality assurance

  • Ongoing advice and assistance with questions regarding the implementation and handling of care

  • Organisation of a replacement in the event of an absence and support in resolving conflicts between the care company to be arranged and the person to be cared for or their relatives

  • Support with the relocation of the caregiver

  • Administrative support with applications for funding from the support fund under the Federal Nursing Care Act or with any change notifications.

  • Review/monitoring of care services and quality assurance

  • Ongoing consultations and assistance with questions regarding the implementation and handling of care

  • Organization of a substitute in case of absence and support in resolving conflicts between the care company to be mediated and the person to be cared for or their relatives.

  • If needed, a visit from one of our qualified nursing staff.

  • Support with applications for care allowance or changes to the care level provided by trained registered nurses.
